Juan Paredes, from, Miami, observes during a training scenario with members of the visit board search and seizure team (VBSS) aboard the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Shiloh (CG 67). EOD and VBSS teams train together to improve shipboard readiness and responsiveness to a variety of situations.
