During the ceremony, Cmdr. Andrew Olsen relieved Cmdr. Ryan Carey as Commanding Officer of NMCB-5. The Seabees assigned to NMCB-5 support worldwide combat and contingency operations, building advanced bases and conducting humanitarian recovery missions.
