Soldiers from the 94th Combat Support Hospital, from Seagoville, Texas are shown how to properly strap causalities to a litter during a MedEvac training exercise at Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif. June 7, 2021. During this portion of the exercise, Soldiers focused on safely loading causalities onto a litter for transport in medical helicopter in a combat environment.
