Ryron Gracie, fourth degree Black Belt and grandson of the creator of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, Grand Master Helio Gracie, teaches members of the 5th Security Forces Squadron a series of defensive techniques during his seminar at the security forces training building on Minot Air Force Base, N.D., Sept. 14, 2012. Gracie Jiu-Jitsu focuses primarily on defensive tactics, unlike other arts which focus more on offense.
