Staff Sgt. Kevin Ferguson renders a salute as part of a Prisoner of War and Missing in Action remembrance ceremony during the U.S. Air Forces’ 65th Birthday Sept. 18, 2012, Transit Center at Manas, Kyrgyzstan. The POW/MIA table is a central part in all official ceremonies to honor members from the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines that are listed as prisoners of war or missing in action. The birthday celebration honored the legacy and history of airpower through the last 65 years. Ferguson is a 376th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron fire prevention specialist from Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, and is a native of Huber Heights, Ohio.
