Staff Sgt. Kevin Ferguson holds a glass inverted over the Prisoner of War and Missing in Action table during the U.S. Air Forces’ 65th Birthday celebration Sept. 18, 2012, Transit Center at Manas, Kyrgyzstan. The inverted glass symbolizes the POW/MIA’s inability to share in the evening’s toast. The birthday celebration honored the legacy and history of airpower through the last 65 years. Ferguson is a 376th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron fire prevention specialist from Kadena Air Base, Okinawa and is a native of Huber Heights, Ohio.
