The birthday celebration honored the legacy and valor of airpower through the last 65 years. Kast is a Marine Corps liaison specialist with the Joint Mobility Control Center who is deployed from Camp Pendleton, Calif., and a native of Reno, Nev. Ferguson is a 376th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron fire prevention specialist from Kadena Air Base, Japan, and is a native of Huber Heights, Ohio.
