U.S. Army soldiers, Airmen from Joint Task Force Bravo, Soto Cano Air Base Honduras,and Dominican Republic soldiers loads boxes of food and supplies into a U.S. Amy UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter which support the distribution of humanitarian aid to isolated communities in the Dominican Republic. US Southern Command Forces deployed to conduct operations in support of Tropical Storm Noel disaster relief in the Dominican Republic. This operation is a USSOUTHCOM-directed operation within the USSOUTHCOM area of responsibility under the responsibility of the commander of U.S. Army South.
