Airman 1st Class Kimberly Lai, an aerospace medical technician with our 127th Medical Group, has been responsible for patient care and case management for three years. She originally enlisted to push herself out of her comfort zone and to improve herself.
She enjoys learning about her job and working with everyone in her unit. With a long daily commute, she says, “It makes the hour drive worth it!”
Lai feels the military has changed her for the best and opened up many opportunities she otherwise wouldn’t have had and she aspires to eventually commission as an officer.
In her free time, Lai enjoys traveling, going on adventures, hiking and kayaking.
