Students and instructors display graduation certificates at the first graduation of the Humanitarian Mine Action Program’s medical training at Cambodia’s Institute for Peacekeeping Forces, Mine and Explosive Remnants of War Clearance, Oudong district, Kampong Speu province, Aug. 30. The training was part of an overall mine and explosive remnants of war clearing training that is conducted by members from the U.S. Pacific Command to help build indigenous capabilities to prevent blast injuries and treat those who are injured by mines.
