    Federal Vaccine Response

In recognition of Asian Pacific Heritage Month we highlight, U.S. Sailor HM2 Roy Vang, 1st Medical Battalion, Camp Pendleton California, who serves proudly the community members at the Bon Carre Business Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, May 8, 2021. Vang has Hmong heritage (southwestern China) and he assists with the administration of the COVID-19 vaccine to members of the Baton Rouge community. U.S. Northern Command, through U.S. Army North, remains committed to providing continued, flexible Department of Defense support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency as part of the whole-of-government response to COVID-19.
