Meet U.S. Army Sgt. Tommy Favors is a utility equipment repairer with the 317th Support Maintenance Company. A Chattanooga, Tennessee, native, Favors comes from a family with a tradition of military service and he's proud to be involved with this historic exercise. “Being able to train with your allies and build camaraderie makes it easier so that one day if we do have to fight another war, it’s simple. We're on the same sheet of music,” he said. Favors and his team have been working with Croatian and British soldiers to move 300 pieces of logistics and combat equipment from the port of Zadar, Croatia to training areas in the region. He explained that it is vital that the U.S. sustains its relationship with NATO Allies and partner militaries, “At the end of the day, you can’t win a war alone.”
