U. S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class V. Casino Eatmon, the leading petty officer with the Chaplains Religious Enrichment Development Operation aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., Aug 11, 2012, proudly stands in front of several awards he has received since his battle with cancer began four years ago.
