ARABIAN SEA (May 2, 2021) – Guided-missile destroyer USS Laboon (DDG 58) operates in formation with the Pakistan Navy frigate PNS Saif (F 253), right, the Royal Canadian Navy frigate HMCS Calgary (FFH 335) and a Royal Canadian Air Force CH-148 Cyclone helicopter during a passing exercise in the Arabian Sea, May 2. Laboon is operating in direct support of the Combined Maritime Forces (CMF), a multinational maritime partnership which exists to counter illicit non-state actors on the high seas, promoting security, stability and prosperity in the Arabian Gulf, Red Sea, Gulf of Aden, Indian Ocean, and Gulf of Oman.
