Capt. David House, battle captain for 1st Battalion, 118th Infantry Regiment, plays the bagpipes during the change of command ceremony at Camp Novo Sello, Kosovo, Tuesday. The ceremony welcomed the 118th who are replacing Georgia's 3rd of the 108th Cavalry. As part of a tribute to the victims of Sept. 11, the Asheville, N.C. resident performed "Amazing Grace."
