A U.S. Soldier, assigned to U.S. Army North (ARNORTH), performs the three repetition maximum deadlift during the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) on Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas, April 19, 2021. Soldiers assigned to ARNORTH took the diagnostic ACFT to gauge where their physical fitness needs improvement during the test’s implementation phase.
