An Officer Candidate School (OCS) student, at Officer Training Command Newport (OTCN), Rhode Island, receives a COVID-19 vaccine from Navy Medicine Readiness & Training Command (NMR&TC), Navy Health Clinic New England (NHCNE), April 26. The vaccines were made available for select classes onboard on a voluntary basis. OCS morally, mentally and physically develops civilians and fleet Sailors into newly commissioned officers and imbues them with the highest ideals of honor, courage and commitment for service in the fleet as Naval officers.
