Sailors enjoyed a safe shopping environment at NEX Guam and a taste of home at its eateries when their ship pulled into port at Naval Base Guam. NEX Guam executed a Sandbox Liberty for the USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT Strike Group and a Safe Haven on-base liberty for the Amphibious Ready Group. The Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) is comprised of 14,000 personnel worldwide facilitating six business lines, NEX retail stores, the Navy Lodge Program, Telecommunications Program, Navy Clothing and Textile Research Facility, Ships Store Program and the Uniform Program Management Office.
