Johnnie Johnson, commander of the 4th Battalion, 64th Armored Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, speaks at a transfer of authority ceremony at Forward Operating Base Falcon in southern Baghdad Nov. 18. The "Tuskers" of the 4-64th Armor, who are operating in the Iraqi capital attached to the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, relieved the "Vanguards" of the 1st Battalion, 18th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division in the Rashid District of southern Baghdad. The Vanguards are heading home to Schweinfurt, Germany, after completing a 15-month deployment.
