(April 7, 2021) - Explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) technicians assigned to East-Coast based EOD Mobile units uner EOD Group 2 frappels from an MH-60s Sea Hawk helicopter, assigned to the Dragon Whales of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 28, during a helicopter rope suspension technique (HRST)/cast master course at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story. The HRST/cast master course teaches EOD operators how to plan, briefly, and safely lead and conduct HRST and cast operations.
