Two CH-53E Super Stallions with Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 462 practice landing close to each other while conducting field carrier landing drills on a Landing Helicopter Dock pad aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., Sept. 6. During this drill, the Super Stallions land within 30 feet of each other between the front rotors the first aircraft and back rotors of the second.
