Soldiers participating as a part of the rapid reaction force during the Democratic National Convention receive training in the UH-60 Black Hawk, Aug. 28, at Camp Butner, N.C. During the training, the soldiers were given an overview of the equipment, along with safety information, to ensure they were comfortable in their surroundings should they be called upon to help support civilian or federal law enforcement. The training will not only come in to use during the DNC but may be useful during hurricanes or other natural or man-made disasters.
