A soldier working as part of a rapid-reaction force washes pepper spray out of his eyes and face after successfully completing a training course, Aug. 28, at Camp Butner, N.C., which required them to complete four obstacles to fight off combatants after being pepper-sprayed. The soldiers proved their courage and commitment by sacrificing their own comfort to ensure they are capable of completing their job.
