SOUTH CHINA SEA (April 02, 2021) – Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Bryce Davenport, from Plano, Texas, receives IV training from Hospital Corpsman Chief Joe Pica, from Jersey City, N.J., on Arleigh-Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Barry (DDG 52). Barry is assigned to Task Force 71/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON 15), the Navy’s largest forward deployed DESRON and the U.S. 7th Fleet’s principal surface force.
