The event was held by CFAO’s multicultural committee in memory of the six million Jewish and millions of non-Jewish victims of the Holocaust. Holocaust Remembrance Day is the 27th day of Nisan on the Hebrew calendar; which in 2021 is Apr. 8. It marks the anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising.
