Addis Amsalu, a 25B IT specialist with the 244th Engineer Company, Maryland Army National Guard, helps direct traffic at the COVID-19 mass vaccination site in Hagerstown, Maryland, on March 26, 2021. Located at the Hagerstown Premium Outlets, the site was the 6th COVID-19 mass vaccination site set up in Maryland. The MDNG was activated to support Maryland's COVID-19 response by providing direct support to county health departments in assisting with the acceleration of vaccination and COVID-19 testing efforts.
