MIHAIL KOGĂLNICEANU, Romania — U.S. Army Soldier, Sgt. 1st Class Gloria Gutierrez, of the 928th Contracting Battalion, giving a presentation to host nation vendors at Mihail Kogălniceanu Air Base, Romania, Apr. 1, 2021. The battalion’s purpose of hosting Vendor Day was to tell vendors who they are, what they do, and inform them of how they can register and take advantage of contracting opportunities in order to build a better team, improve contracting ideas, and develop relationships in the community.
