Contractors with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District place concrete on the roof of the Community Based Outpatient Clinic at the VA Stockton medical complex in Stockton, California, on March 26, 2021. The day’s placement was the last large-scale concrete placement on the structure, which broke ground in November 2019. The CBOC is only one component of the planned complex, which also includes a Community Living Center and supporting structures housing utilities and logistics spaces.
