Dave Wilson, deputy resident engineer for the VA Stockton project with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District, overlooks the unfinished parking lot of the VA Stockton medical complex from the roof of the Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Stockton, California, on March 26, 2021. District contractors placed concrete on the roof of the structure, which constitutes the last large-scale concrete placement on the structure. The CBOC is only one component of the planned complex, which also includes a Community Living Center and supporting structures housing utilities and logistics spaces.
