210319-N-WS023-1237 TINIAN, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (March 19, 2021) Builder 2nd Class Peyton Dyer, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, ensures the mooring bollard remains level during a concrete placement at the Tinian Harbor. The repair project will enhance the Port of Tinian for future operations. NMCB 4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region, ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations. Seabees provide general engineering and civil support to Navy, Marine Corps and joint operational forces globally.
