Jennifer Garland, contracting operations noncommissioned officer in charge, 408th Contracting Support Brigade, at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Mar. 27, 2021. Garland earned the Sustainer of the Week for her knowledge and understanding of all developing and emerging requirements the 408th CSB supports, as well as providing weekly physical readiness training, and quarterly resiliency training to the brigade ensuring a more mentally, physically, and focused team.
