During her time in the military, Evans served as NCO in charge of outpatient records where she consolidated two decentralized outpatient records rooms. Through her hard work and the dedication of those around her, they consolidated 17.5 feet of paperwork into one foot in less than three months garnering an outstanding for the Health Services Inspection (HSI), the MDG’s best in 12 years. While serving at Lackland AFB, TX, she was hand-selected as the military drill and ceremonies noncommissioned officer at the 319th Training Squadron, Basic Military Training, here she aided in winning the Team of the Year award the squadron’s first in 10 years.

“I try to impact those around me by leading by example and speaking the truth at all times,” Evans said. “We are products of our own expectations, and I have been blessed to have the support of my family throughout my career.”
