Steven Boyd, Information Systems operator, 325th CSH. The 35th CSSB provided service and support to soldiers and airmen during the medical exercise at Sagami Depot, Sagamihara, Japan. MEDEX 12 is a United States Army Pacific multi-component, joint service, bi-lateral exercise that demonstrates the United States lasting commitment and partnership to Japan by showcasing USARPAC’s mass casualty capabilities during a simulated major event that presented a serious medical crisis.
The 325th CSH, based out of Independence, Mo., established an 84 bed combat support hospital during the exercise to showcase its ability to provide medical care and treatment to mass casualties.
