U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Martin Granadosceja, a radio operator with 1st Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company (ANGLICO), I Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group, I Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF), sets up a satcom antenna during a command post exercise before Exercise Spartan Fury 21.1 on Marine Corps Base Hawaii in Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, March 2, 2021. Spartan Fury is a pre-deployment exercise for artillery battalions, and ANGLICO Marines are participating in support of 1st Battalion, 12th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division. As I MEF’s premier liaison unit, 1st ANGLICO specializes in providing combined arms, fire support and communication capabilities in support of other units across the range of military operations.
