Tech. Sgt. Victoria Fiola has served in both the New Jersey and Kansas Air National Guards and now leads Airmen at the 512th Maintenance Squadron as an air reserve technician at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. Fiola celebrates Women’s History Month with Women in Aviation Maintenance, a group of fellow female aircraft maintainers that she founded in 2020.
