U.S. Marines and family members run in the 2021 Shamrock Stampede Fun Run at Marine Corps Air Station Camp Pendleton, California, March 20, 2021. Marines with Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron, MCAS Camp Pendleton, worked together with Marine Corps Community Services Camp Pendleton in hosting the annual fun run for active duty military members and their families aboard Camp Pendleton, while taking extra precautions to mitigate the spread of disease. The runners had an option of participating in a 10- or 5-kilometer run in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day. The participants received a finisher’s medal, Shamrock Stampede t-shirt, and snacks.
