Lt. Col. Tina Williams serves as a traditional Guardsman and chief case manager for the Idaho Army National Guard's Medical Readiness Detachment. She also serves as a full time technician and the organization's occupational health nurse, responsible for maintaining the occupational health program of Idaho's approximately 300 Army federal technicians who work in hazardous positions.
