NMCB-4 is conducting a Landfill Cap and Closure Project to mitigate airstrikes on U.S. and Japanese aircraft. NMCB-4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and the United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief operations.
