210312-N-WS023-1191 TINIAN, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (March 15, 2021) Builder Constructionman Alexander Brienen (left) and Builder Constructionman Hannah Dodge, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, utilize a vibratory sled to smooth and compact the surface of the mooring bollard excavation prior to rebar placement at the Tinian Harbor. The repair project will enhance the Port of Tinian for future operations. NMCB-4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
