210313-N-WS023-1213 TINIAN, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (March 15, 2021) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, install formwork alongside rebar in preparation for the mooring bollard concrete placement at the Tinian Harbor. The repair project will enhance the Port of Tinian for future operations. NMCB-4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
