210309-N-WS023-1176 TINIAN, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (March 9, 2021) Utiliesman 3rd Class Jermainejoy Samson, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, removes a ceiling panel in a berthing structure on Camp Tinian to access the crawlspace while testing the electrical systems of the building. The camp will support future Naval Construction Force and U.S. Marine Corps operations on Tinian. NMCB-4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
