Andy Kaiser, AMC command chief, Chief Master Sgt. Margarita Overton, 19th AW command chief, and local civic leaders gathered at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark., for the "77 Acres" project in base housing, Aug. 30, 2012. The "77 Acres" are planned to be available as early as spring of 2013 to develop new joint education campus, with the base offering low-cost land leases to incentive expedited construction.
