Jamaica Defence Force soldiers rappel down a wall as part of a hostage rescue demonstration during a capabilities tour with dignitaries from several partnering countries to include their State Partnership Program partner, the D.C. National Guard. The visit was in honor of the Jamaica Defence Force's first Military Tattoo in almost 30 years. Jamaica is partnered with the D.C.
