2nd Lt. Micah Rankin, D Company, 1-158th Infantry, Arizona Army National Guard, moves quickly up the hill as he tries to hold off his competition during the Unknown Distance Ruck March event of the 2021 Arizona Best Warrior Competition at Camp Navajo, Bellemont, Ariz. on March 3.
The event requires the competitors to march an unknown distance faster than the other Best Warrior participants while carrying a Ruck Sack full of their own gear at an elevation of 7,000 feet.
