Scott Buschman, the deputy commandant for operations, posthumously presents Pharmacist's Mate 2nd Class Robert Goldman with Good Conduct Medal accepted by the USCGC Robert Goldman (WPC 1142) sponsor, Ms. Elly Goldman, on March 12, 2021, in Key West, Fla. Robert Goldman, a native of Connecticut and graduate of Columbia University, served heroically as a pharmacist’s mate in the Pacific Theater during World War II.
