Approximately 400 pallets of Class IX supplies valued at more than $11 million were divested to Iraqi forces from the Taji Wheeled Vehicle Depot at Al Asad Air Base on March 10, 2021. The Class IX supplies, which include parts used to maintain and repair vehicles and equipment, were divested as part of an ongoing U.S. program called Counter-ISIS Train and Equip Fund with the goal to build partner capacity in the fight against ISIS and ensure stability in the region.
