During an appreciation ceremony, Dover, Pa., native Col. Jon Lehr, commander, 4th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, addresses assembled officers, non-commissioned officers and Soldiers from the 1st Battalion, 82nd Field Artillery Regiment on Camp Taji, Iraq, Nov. 13, to express his gratitude for the fire support the field artillery unit has provided the 4th SBCT.
