Rachel Cox from Waite Park, Minn., a medic assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 135th Infantry Regiment, Task Force Bayonet, administers the second dose of Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to a patient during a vaccination event at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, on March 9, 2021. This is the first time the second dose has been administered on this base. Camp Lemonnier is an operational installation that enables U.S., allied and partner nation forces to be where and when they are needed to ensure security in Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
