Andrew Shaw, engineer equipment operator, to help build a helicopter landing zone (HLZ) for Echo Company, 2nd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 6, at Combat Outpost Parselay, Helmand province, Afghanistan, May 4, 2012. The HLZ mitigates dust problems for Marines inserted via airlift.
