1st Sgt. Stephen E. Jones II, the top NCO at the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 310th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), acts as a ground guide March 1, 2021 in the company's motor yard at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Jones was in Kuwait as a private first class with 3rd Armored Division for service in the First Gulf War 30 years ago.
